Paper, cardboard, plastic, glass and plywood. The printable area and production approach are confirmed for the chosen material.
The process
Hand-printed screen prints developed from your artwork, with attention to colour, transparency and material.
We review the image, prepare or check colour separations and determine whether film output is needed. Each colour layer is printed through a prepared screen, building the final image in successive passes.
How it works
01
Artwork & layers
The image is separated into colour layers.
02
Prepare the screen
A stencil defines where ink can pass through the mesh.
03
Print one layer
A squeegee pushes ink through the open mesh onto the material.
04
Build the image
Layers are aligned and printed in sequence.
A simplified explanation of the printing principle. The exact production method is agreed for each project.
